- Director & Partner Credentials: Names, Permanent Account Numbers (PAN), Tax Deduction Accounts (TAN), Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) and Director Identification Numbers (DIN).
- Corporate Registers: Minutes of board and shareholder meetings, register of members, charge files and loan logs.
- Intellectual Property Assets: Logo designs, brand descriptions and proprietary materials for trademark searches and filings.
- Contact Information: Full Name, email addresses, phone numbers and company affiliations submitted via our website forms.
3. How We Use and Protect Data
All files, corporate disclosures and director identities collected are used strictly for filing regulatory returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), SEBI, RBI and the Trademark Registry.
We implement industry-standard physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure. We do not sell, trade or share any client details with third-party marketing companies. Data is shared only with Government Registrars (e.g., MCA21, RBI FIRMS, IP India portals) in direct execution of the contracted compliance services.

Our website uses forms to capture consultation requests and contact inquiries. The data is processed securely through API routes and logged in our secure databases. We do not use persistent tracking cookies, nor do we run analytical scripts that identify individual users.
